Watches should be returned unused and with their original packaging, accessories, tags and documentation where applicable.

Fragrances

For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return where an applicable legal exception applies. This does not affect your rights regarding faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Refunds
